- UPDATES -
03.06.06- Many updates through last night and throughout today. First, i added a news box where i can post updates that areb't really big enough to go here. Next i added 14 more songs to the mp3 player (the only one that has trouble loading so far is the wall by pink floyd because it si almost 10 megs). Then I added a log-in box. This will be more handy later, but all it does right now is give you karma points on the forums. Finally i updated the join page so it looks nicer and has more options. I also added a team start page. Way more is to come in the following weeks. That's it for now...Later.
03.06.06- New site is up way sooner than expected. only a few minor bugs that need to be worked out. If you find one, tell us in the site part of the forums. There are these weird little A's with carrots above them, and i dont know what they are. I am working on removing them...just ignore them for a bit. Anyone like the tune player??
03.05.06- I plan to launch a new, more professioanl template
to the site sometime soon. Maybe 2 weeks. Please welcome Helghast
Vengence; a team that play Killzone on PS2 over a sony network adapter.
That's all for now.
02.27.06- We have made some flyers to help increase the
number of visitors and members to this site. They are located here.
If you could print them off and distribute them to your friends
and any local game centers, we would be very, very grateful. Also
we have bought some 2-button optical mouses, and t-shirts so those
will be given away during events as soon as they arrive and we start
having tournaments. Other than that, i just have one announcement,
i do not run these teams. I list them on the site and add new members
to the roster as people sign-up. It is the team owner's job
to find scrims. Then after the scrim, you report the results to me
and i will post them on your page. Coming in about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks
i will finish the Team Management Tool (tmt) so that you can recruit
schedule matches, report results and things like that all in one
nice little place. We are however looking for another webmaster to
assist me in making some of these things because there is only so
much one person can handle. Geesh!
02.23.06- The forums are great and we have been getting
a few new members (which is cool) but we are still nowhere near
the desired amount. Please tell your friends about us. In more
important news, the lack of active Q3A teams these days has led
me (the leader of team red bullet) to officially announce that
RB is as of now a Quake 4 team. We apoligize to members who do
not agree with this switch, but we remind you that if you like
Q3A you can very easily start your own Q3A team with InterFrag,
as we will more than gladly support and sponsor you. Also, a new
team has joined us: team annihilation which plays Halo 2 via Xbox
live. We wouldnt normally have supported any console games
but since the leader (ultimate) is my friend, I decided to let him
start a team with us. Since RB is now a Q4 team, we will be having
matches soon and we will be entering in a ladder, though no further
details are available at this time.
02.18.06- Just registered a shorter URL: interfrag.freegaming.org.
Thanks to shim.net for hooking us up. Also, check out the forum.
And while you're here signup for a team!
02.16.06- The JOIN page works now, which means we are
accepting new members still. We can take members for any
team. New, Intermediate, or Pro, we want you to join us.
Also, sometime soon, we are going to launch a ladder where
people will be able to compete for prizes (InterFrag tees, name on the site, bragging rights...CASH!)
So that's it for now. Later.
